Cancellation Policy


Cancellations must be made before 24 hours prior to our scheduled session. If you cancel after the 24 hours, you will be charged a $100 fee. I understand that things come up but please try and give me notice as your scheduled time is taking away from other clients.


Rescheduling Policy


Life happens! If needed, you can reschedule your session to a later date. To reschedule, 50% of your session cost will need to be paid as insurance for me. This fee will go towards your total cost, with only the remaining 50% due on our scheduled date.


Sometimes, I will need to reschedule our session because I am also human! I will fit you in anywhere to ensure we can take some great photos!


Refunds


Refunds are unable to be sent to you after you have received your digital gallery.


Deposits that are sent to book a session are NON-REFUNDABLE.


For travel sessions, you will be required to pay the travel fee before our scheduled date if flights or over-night stays are involved. If you were to cancel a travel session after flights and rooms have been booked, you will only receive a refund if the company allows it.

Deposits


To book a session, you must pay a deposit that will go toward your total session cost. This deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE no matter the circumstances.


Deposits will be required for insurance for me and my business.
